​

  • Preparation and office interior of 2D/3D drawing

  • Follow up from the design stage to project completion

  • Capable to handle full set of construction and detail drawings

  • Independent, self-motivated, good team player

  • Able to work under a tight schedule

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, AI, Photoshop

Marketing Executive

  • To proactively make frequent outbound calls to potential customers

  • A cold call is required

  • To liaison with suppliers, contractors and partners

  • Support and maintain a good relationship with clients

  • Scheduling and arrangement for project implementation

  • Develop new target segments

  • Knowing market trends and competitor activities

Site Foreman

​

  • Supervise and monitor all site work of quality 

  • Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors

  • Ensure the work progress meet the schedule

  • To prepare the site document including daily report 

  • Aspects of the project to follow up and coordination

  • To attend regular site meetings
