Office Design Follow-up Report United Medical Group Limited

We completed a 7,504 square foot office renovation for our client, United Medical Group Limited, using a commercial style design and completed the entire project in approximately 60 days.

We provide each customer with detailed construction progress reports, including weekly site photos and detailed work instructions. Even if you are too busy to visit the construction site, you can still keep track of the construction status at any time through these reports. Our team conducts regular on-site inspections and ensures that all construction details meet your expectations.

Office renovation project preparation stage

Revise the floor plan and readjust the ink lines according to customer requirements

Week 2

• Protect the elevator door entrance and fire door of the office building

• Removal of old floor and ceiling in office building elevator lobby

• Single-sided plasterboard partitions in all offices are under construction

• Install high and low voltage iron troughs in office ceilings

• Begin installing soundproofing pads on the gypsum wall partitions in some offices

Week 3

• Installing a new air conditioner in an office building

• Office reception is under construction

• Started to work on the ceiling of the open office staff area

• Use cement to seal the floor pipes in the office

• Start office computer cable project

• Started office basement painting project

Week 4

• Sealing of all office room gypsum board ceilings

• Completed installation of all office room glass frames

Week 5

• Complete the office luminous sign threading

• Completed the office reception wallpaper project

• Completed installation of glass partitions in office meeting rooms

• Start wallpapering your office room

• Office room white glass under construction

• The office staff area ceiling and corridor louvered ceiling are under construction
